Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Use, and all matters arising directly or indirectly from your access to or other use of the Site, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. You hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, and waive any jurisdictional, venue, or inconvenient forum objections to such courts. WEBSITE PRIVACY

AllerGenis respects the privacy of visitors to our site, and we recognize your need for appropriate protection and management of the personally identifiable information you share with us, such as your name, address, email address, and telephone number. You may visit our site without telling us anything about yourself. If you contact us and choose to provide personally identifiable information, we will utilize it for the purposes for which it was made available. We do not collect or maintain personally identifiable information for resale purposes, or share your information with any other company or organization unless you authorize us to do so. Any and all uses comply with all applicable laws. AllerGenis will treat as confidential all health-related information submitted by you, customers or other visitors to the site, in accordance with our Notice of Privacy Policy

Scope: The Site is operated by AllerGenis in the United States (US), and complies with US law. If you are located outside of the US, please be aware that any information you provide to us may be transferred to, processed, maintained, and used on computers, servers, and systems located outside of your home country, where the data protection laws may not be as protective as those in your jurisdiction.

Contact Information

We collect contact information on the Site from Visitors who make submissions through our ‘Contact Us’ page. Opt Out for Direct Marketing

You may opt out at any time from the use of your personal information for direct marketing purposes, and/or transfer of your personal information to third parties for direct marketing purposes by sending us an email at info@allergenis.com. Please allow us a reasonable time to process your request. You cannot opt out of receiving transactional or administrative emails related to our services or your requests for information or materials.

You may also manage your receipt of marketing communications by clicking on the “Unsubscribe” link located on the bottom of any AllerGenis marketing email and following the instructions found on the page to which the link takes you. You cannot opt out of receiving transactional or administrative emails. Please allow us a reasonable time to process your request.

Retention of Personal Information

We will retain your personal information in a form that identifies you only for as long as it serves the purpose(s) for which it was initially collected, subsequently authorized, or as allowed under applicable law.

Pursuant to Section 1798.83 of the California Civil Code, residents of California have the right to obtain certain information about the types of personal information that companies with whom they have an established business relationship (and that are not otherwise exempt) have shared with third parties for direct marketing purposes during the preceding calendar year, including the names and addresses of those third parties, and examples of the types of services or products marketed by those third parties. In addition, AllerGenis does not monitor, recognize, or honor any opt-out or do not track mechanisms, including general web browser “Do Not Track” settings and/or signals.

Children

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13 through the Site or the Service. If you are under 13, please do not give us any personal information. We encourage parents and legal guardians to monitor their children's Internet usage and to instruct their children to never provide us Personal Information without their permission. If you have reason to believe that a child under the age of 13 has provided personal information to us, please contact us, and we will endeavor to delete that personal information from our databases.

AllerGenis has no control over the privacy practices or the content of any of our business partners, advertisers, sponsors, or other Sites to which we provide links.
